Pablo’s Lunch Buffet
A few days ago, I and a number of blogger friends were at Pablo’s Steakhouse to try the restaurant’s Lunch Buffet.
There, we were treated to a spread of mouthwatering dishes which included baked potatoes, liver & bacon pasta, prawns thermidor, Iberian chicken, sweetened crabs in olive oil and garlic, and baby back ribs.
While I thoroughly enjoyed everything on the buffet table, the highlight of my meal was the baby back ribs and the pasta. The baby back ribs was flavorful and the meat tender. I imagine the meat to have been slow-cooked to perfection.
The liver & bacon pasta, too, was a big winner. The combination of smoky bacon and the creamy richness of liver easily made Pablo’s liver & bacon pasta one of the best-tasting pasta dishes I’ve tried.
Pablo’s Lunch Buffet also boasts of a salad and dessert bar. They usually serve tasty dessert like buko lychee, mango float, and cut-up tropical fruits.
Pablo’s Lunch Buffet is open from 10:30 am ‘til 1:30 pm, Mondays-Sundays.

Food shots tend to elicit this kind of reaction which is why I avoid looking at the photos I take. Hehe.

Great food shots. How come you didn’t give Ria copies of your photos?
Anyway, I loved their prawns thermidor and baby back ribs.

I beg to disagree. My photos of the food on top of the counter were bad. Your photos are much better. They all look yummy.
