If you are from Davao, you have probably dined at or, at the very least, heard of Lachi’s Sans Rival Atbp. We went there a few days ago for lunch. I had their bestseller, the Unforgettable Pork Ribs. I’m not really a fan of pork dishes, but this one I really enjoyed.
One of my companions ordered Lachi’s ever popular Pork Marinara. I’ve tried marinara in other restos before but Lachi’s is the only place I know that serves pork marinara with breaded pork cutlets. It’s kind of unusual but, surprisingly, a very good combination. It’s a must-try.
Brendel, having sworn off red meat for a year, ordered the Breaded Tofu with Teriyaki Sauce. She raves about it on her blog. I think I’ll give it a try the next time we visit this popular yet unassuming restaurant in the future.
If you’re looking for a modern twist to familiar dishes, visit Lachi’s Sans Rival Atbp. You can find them at Ruby St., Marfori Heights. They are open 10 AM until 8 PM, Mondays through Saturdays.
Lachi’s is also known for their desserts. Their wide selection of mouthwatering pastries is overwhelming, but in a good way. Be sure to check out their Sans Rival and green tea cheesecake. You’ll never go wrong with these two.
