I’d like to take this space to congratulate a good friend and a dedicated blogger on his blog’s first year blogoversary. Exactly a year ago on this day, a blog about the Tuna Capital of the Philippines was born.

365 days and an astounding 268 blog posts later, what started as a photoblog about a bustling city in Mindanao is now the blogosphere’s premiere online magazine on anything and everything about General Santos City and its famous export, the Bariles (Tuna).
